1. Ownership & Rights

All designs, concepts, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Formon unless otherwise stated. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute anything without permission.

Designs created for clients are transferred with usage rights as agreed upon in the project contract. Unless a full copyright buyout is agreed upon and paid for, Formon retains the right to display the work in the portfolio and on social platforms.

2. Project Scope & Communication

Before any project begins, we’ll agree on a clear scope, timeline, and deliverables. Any requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. Communication will be professional, timely, and respectful on both ends.

3. Payments & Deposits

All design work requires a deposit upfront to secure your spot in Formon’s schedule. Full payment must be made before final deliverables are shared. Payment details and terms will be clearly outlined in your invoice or proposal.

Late payments may result in paused work and a late fee.

4. Revisions & Feedback

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds. We’ll always do our best to make sure the final result aligns with your vision — but excessive changes beyond the agreed limit may be charged additionally.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly. If Formon needs to cancel a project for any rare reason, we’ll issue a partial or full refund based on the work completed.

6. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimated based on the project scope and your responsiveness. Delays in communication or feedback may push back delivery dates.

7. Portfolio Use

Formon reserves the right to showcase completed work in the portfolio, website, or social channels unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
